Önceki gün, Onikişubat ilçesi Haydarbey Mahallesi’ndeki Ayser Çalık Ortaokulu’na sırt çantasında getirdiği tabancalarla giren İsa Aras Mersinli, koridorda karşısına çıkan kişilere, ardından da 2 sınıfa girip rastgele ateş açtı. Olayda öğretmen Ayla Kara ile 8 öğrenci yaşamını yitirdi. Olayın yaşandığı Ayser Çalık Ortaokulu’ndaki sessizlik devam ederken, saldırı sırasında panikle okuldan ayrılan öğrencilerin velilileri bugün okula gelerek çocuklarının eşyalarını aldı.
